• Business deliveries: Between 1pm and 5pm
• Residential, hotel, and hospital deliveries: By 7pm

Same-Day Delivery Orders:

• For weekday deliveries, orders must be placed by 2pm in the recipient’s time zone.
• For Saturday deliveries, same-day orders must be placed by 10am.

Request to Leave Item at Door:
If you request that we leave your flower arrangement at the door, please note that the customer assumes all liability for this request.

Incorrect Addresses:
Le Soul Fleur is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If the delivery is attempted at an incorrect address, the customer assumes responsibility for the full purchase.

If No One Is Home:
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery person may leave the flowers in a safe location or leave a message for the recipient to arrange an alternate delivery time.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order. If you are looking at cancelling or changing an order, and the order is placed on the same day as the flowers are being delivered, this must be done within 30 minutes of ordering your flowers. If the order is for a future date, the cancellation or changes must be made 3 days before the proposed delivery date.

Quality complaints must be received within 24 hours delivery so we can address the issue with the designer. If the complaint is to do with quality, Le Soul Fleur is requires x 2 photographs of the flowers. 1 of the front of the flowers, and 1 of the back of the flowers. Once we receive the photographs we will investigate the issue for you and get back to you with information as soon as possible – usually no longer than 24 hours.

If your flower order was not delivered please inform us within 7 days, so we can address it for you.
