Yes, we can! We provide daily deliveries to local funeral homes. You can find a list of funeral homes we serve.  If you don’t see the funeral home you’re looking for, please contact us at +1 (305) 793-3736, and we’ll gladly check if the location is within our delivery area.  

 

Yes, we deliver to local hospitals. You can find a list of the hospitals we serve. If you don’t see the hospital you’re looking for, please contact us at +1 (305) 793-3736, and we’ll gladly check if the location is within our delivery area.    Please note that many hospitals do not allow deliveries to ICU patients or those in special care conditions. In such cases, we will leave the flowers with hospital security.

After completing your order, you’ll be directed to a confirmation page that includes your order details and a unique order confirmation number. Additionally, all the information will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

Absolutely! Before completing your checkout, you’ll have the option to enter your personalized message in note. We’ll print it on a beautiful card and place it in an envelope. We only include the text you provide, so if you’d like to send the flowers anonymously, just leave your name or any identifying details out of the message.

On occasion, substitutions may be required due to the availability of specific flowers in certain regions. We carefully ensure that the arrangement’s style, theme, and color palette remain consistent, using flowers of equivalent value. Additionally, during high-demand times, such as major holidays, we may need to substitute certain keepsake items. For single-flower arrangements, like an all-rose bouquet or orchids, we’ll do our best to provide the same type of flower, but may use a different color if needed.

As flowers are perishable goods, all sales are non-refundable.
